By participating in missions on Boon, you consent to the sharing of your personal data with the creators and community owners responsible for those missions. This data may include, but is not limited to, your wallet address, name, contact information, and mission performance details. Creators and community owners may use this data to monitor mission progress, evaluate participants, and reward users accordingly. Creators and community owners are required to comply with their own privacy policies. You agree that DCZ Entertainment is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

6. Platform Liability

Boon serves solely as a platform connecting users with creators and community owners who post content, missions, and promotions. Boon is not responsible for the content, promises, or promotions made by these creators and community owners, including rewards, offers, or other obligations they may make to users. Creators and community owners are entirely responsible for managing their own content, missions, and any related transactions or agreements with users. Boon does not guarantee the fulfillment of any promotions, rewards, or outcomes associated with participation in missions. You agree that Boon shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, or issues arising between users and creators or community owners.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on Boon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DCZ Entertainment or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Boon at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

DCZ Entertainment is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Boon. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue its use.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of Boon will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Code of Conduct for Mission Creators

Overview

The Boon platform empowers creators to incentivize positive, engaging, and ethical social media activity. To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment for all users, mission creators are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct.

1. Respect the Community

Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness.
Avoid content that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive or promotes hate speech of any kind.
Do not incite or encourage hostility, trolling, or online bullying.

2. No Controversial or Harmful Missions

Missions must not include or promote:
- Political campaigns or content likely to incite division or unrest.
- Misinformation, disinformation, or conspiracy theories.
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise graphic material.
- Religious proselytizing or inflammatory religious content.
- Health claims not backed by scientific consensus or qualified sources.
- Encouragement of illegal or unethical behavior.

3. Authentic Engagement Only

Missions must encourage genuine participation. Activities involving fake engagement (e.g., bots, spam, misleading content) are prohibited.

4. Transparency and Integrity

Clearly state the purpose of each mission.
Disclose any affiliations, sponsorships, or endorsements tied to the mission.
Avoid clickbait, deceptive messaging, or ambiguous incentives.

5. Data & Privacy Respect

Missions must not collect data outside the platform without prior, transparent consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Respect copyrights, trademarks, and creative rights.
Do not ask users to share or promote pirated content or infringe on the rights of others.

7. Consequences of Misconduct

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in:

Suspension or removal of missions.
Temporary or permanent bans from the platform.
Reporting of illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
Boon reserves the right to remove any mission, community or user who we feel is not adhering to T&C's or Code of Conduct.

We encourage all users to report any missions or creators that violate this code. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action to ensure community safety and compliance
